Our retained approach ensures we commit our full range of resources to consider all potential candidates for any role. As with all recruitment at SRGEurope, the process is personalised to meet your specific objectives, agreed through a detailed consultative process undertaken at the outset and working to a detailed project document.
We assign a senior manager to the project and, once a shortlist is determined, work closely with you to arrange and support client-side interviews.
The standard fee structure for a retained assignment is based on 25% of the fee being paid on acceptance of client instructions. The balance of the fee is only paid on the successful completion of the project with the candidate(s) formerly accepting an offer of employment. This is testament to the confidence we have in our ability to deliver the desired outcome.
A typical retained recruitment exercise is completed within 90 days.
