SRGEurope have been appointed to recruit an experienced and talented Sportsbook Product Manager. In this role based in our client's fantastic offices in the centre of Gibraltar, you will be responsible for ensuring the best end-user experience is provided in Core markets across all brands and betting channels and you will play a central role in helping to shape the Sportsbook roadmap.

What you will be doing:

• Responsible for monitoring the operational performance of the Sportsbook across all Core facing brands and betting channels.
• Responsible for the identification of issues that impact our customers and our internal systems and for documenting and ultimately resolving these - in collaboration with engineering, product and UXUI teams.
• Responsible for the creation, management and success of the BAU backlog and for ensuring that items are prioritised correctly through collaboration with Product Owners and the Head of Product.
• Responsible for the development of a comprehensive roadmap plan for competitor analysis and for undertaking and documenting that analysis.
• Responsible for the creation and production of a detailed data dashboard for the Core business from a product and operational performance perspective so that you place customer data at the centre of all decisions and insights you share with the team.
• Responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of the real-time customer analytics tool ''Quantum Metric'' within the sportsbook team and for building dashboards, alerts and development requirements using this tool.
• Undertake thorough reporting on all relevant areas of our product, particularly those areas that are materially important to the performance of the sportsbook product in Core markets.
• Have a sound understanding of product and technology trends, both within and outside of the betting industry - and an ability to use this knowledge to help create innovative and actionable product ideas.

The Essentials:

• Previous experience within Online Gaming in a Sportsbook commercial or product facing role.
• An all-round understanding of Casino and Sports Betting and the Tech that drives it.
• A people person with excellent communication skills, to work with a wide range of people across the business.
• Ability to work under pressure to deadlines on multiple projects, in a fast paced ever changing environment.
