SRGEurope has been appointed to recruit a SVP - Product to join a high profile Payment Services provider in Malta. Our client is dynamic, creative, and has an incredibly talented work force.

Specialist duties:

• Defining and driving the product strategy based on the overall company strategy.
• Executing the product strategy and working with all Key stakeholders to ensure the product moves from concept to live.
• Overall responsibility for our product function from a business perspective, working with technical counterparts to achieve the desired outcomes.
• Manage product planning, discovery and development processes.
• Align and drive the company with a product-centric culture, ensuring that all departments move in this unified direction.
• Develop a strong team of product managers, designers and implementers.

Requirements:

• Significant experience in the payments and financial services industry.
• Have a commercial mind-set.
• Possess a good understanding of the economics and dynamics of the payment business and market.
• Strong product leadership and product design focused on and around the customer.
• Proven competence in product vision, execution and culture and team development.
• Have a strong technology-based profile.
• Capability to work well directly and on a personal level with the executive management team.
