SRGEurope has been appointed to recruit a Senior Product Manager for an international company based in Bulgaria. The ideal Senior Product Manager will have several years' experience in the online industry and a wealth of experience as a Product expert. Training will be provided with this role.

Senior Product Manager Responsibilities:

• Writing software design documents and BRDs.
• Designing simple and intuitive user interfaces -ability to create wire frames and mock ups.
• Taking overall responsibility for the success of our products.
• Contributing towards product strategy and vision.
• Meeting regularly with all stakeholders, including product developers, marketing, customer service, finance and company heads.
• Collecting analysing and responding to user feedback.
• Gathering and evaluating ideas and opinions.

Senior Product Manager Experience and Skills:

• Several years' experience as a product specialist.
• Experience in writing software design documents and BRDs.
• Experience designing simple and intuitive user interfaces -ability to create wire frames and mock ups.
• Experience in the online industry - Must and preferred industry background - Forex, Gaming, and Fintech.
• B2C experience - Customer oriented, great knowledge and creativity for customers on boarding, acquisition and retention.
• Must have knowledge in online/real-time Work Flow Engines.
• CRM systems including Call center and Chat.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
