The Role
Senior Manager required for an expanding International Financial Services company based in the thriving jurisdiction of Gibraltar. Our client business is in lending and foreign currency, they also offer a full-service payroll system and can offer a secure place to store valuables. The Senior Manager will speak Spanish as well as English and be working directly with the Director/Owners to deliver the highest levels of customer service and business development expertise. You will be highly numerate and have strong Excel skills, above all you will have a hunger to succeed, our client rewards success well.

What You Will Be Doing
Managing a team of customer service officers across two office locations both based in Gibraltar
Ensure regulatory requirements are being met through stringent transaction monitoring
Incorporate robust AML, KYC principles in on boarding new clients
Risk aware when dealing with new clients
Basic accounting relating to new clients working alongside the Accountant in house
Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Oversee and compile FSC reports, compliance reporting and any other third party requirements that need to be met as a result of the business activities
Able to be an FSC authorised person, you will ideally have passed this process before but not essential
What You Will Need to Succeed In This Role
Minimum "A" Level Maths, a Degree that is numerate would be ideal but not essential
Experience within financial services industry, ideally in a Senior Relationship Manager role or any client facing position
Book keeping / accounting knowledge advantageous
Confidant to be dealing with financial regulator in Gibraltar
Strong attention to detail
Proficient with all Microsoft office software, Excel, Word, Powerpoint
Ability to communicate well in English and Spanish
Problem solving
Collegiate style with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver timely solutions to clients
Sound risk management across operational, reputational and credit risk
