SRGEurope have been appointed to recruit a Senior Funds Administrator with a minimum of 10 to 15 years' experience in financial services working on a portfolio of international clients. The Senior Fund Administrator will be one of our client's two GFSC Four Eyes regulatory functions, they offer a specialist service in fund and bond listings. They are fully licensed in Gibraltar amongst other international locations. The successful candidate will ideally be Degree qualified, IFA or ICSA Level 4 qualified. Gibraltar regulatory knowledge is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Board oversight of the formulation and implementation of the clients policies

• Acting as a higher authority on day-to-day queries and acting as sign-off on fund administration matters

• Acting as first point of administrative, reporting and management contact for the fund offerings on the clients fund hosting platform

• Ensuring the management of fund clients' and partners' affairs are executed in a timely and efficiently manner

• Liaising to deliver customer/investor due diligence and AML/KYC with the Fund Administrator

• Co-ordinating and resolving all fund-related management issues

• Attending to client queries in a timely manner with the highest of service standards

• Ensuring that required information is uploaded and updated on the relevant internal systems

• Dealing with enquiries by email and telephone, supplying information relating to fund portfolios

• Ensuring all required DD activities on new investors and Directors are completed

• Providing daily effective input on time sheets or any time management system

• Attending client/fund partner meetings with managers as and when required

• Ensuring that necessary filings as per the legal and regulatory framework are made within the prescribed deadlines

• Ensuring compliance with internal systems, procedures and processes

Profile:

• Maturity and professional competence to deal confidently with regulators and senior management

• University degree and/or relevant professional qualification (ICSA Diploma level 4, IFA 5 or 5 or equivalent)

• Strong technical financial services knowledge

• People management experience, along with evidence of managing a small client relationship or part of a major client relationship

• Highly motivated with the ability to work well individually as well as in a team environment

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written skills

• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Quick learner who can adapt to different work environments

• Ability to work under pressure

• Resident of Gibraltar or in close proximity in Spain
