SRG are recruiting for an exciting new vacancy, a Senior Company Administrator with a long-standing and well-regarded wealth management company based in Gibraltar. You will be joining a close-knit, highly dedicated team providing international business solutions to a global client base. The Senior Company Administrator will have sound knowledge obtained in a similar wealth management company and have used Viewpoint software. On offer is a highly competitive salary with a host of benefits and genuine career prospects.

Senior Company Administrator Duties

• Working and liaising with clients, government, banks and intermediaries
• Opening bank accounts
• Prepping and checking payments
• KYC documentation requests
• Company incorporations
• Keeping the client database up to scratch and accurate
• Reviewing files
• Working closely with Directors as well as your team
• Carrying out file reviews

The profile of the Senior Company Administrator

• 2 years' experience with a corporate services company
• Solid experience of Viewpoint is an absolute must
• Strong work ethic and the ability to take initiative
• Organisational skills will be key here
• Excellent customer care skills

Bonus Points

• If you speak more than one language at a high level
• Industry relevant qualifications or a degree in a relevant field would be a huge advantage
