Sales Development Executive (Germany) | £22,000 to £25,000 plus benefits including Pension, Commission (OTE of £30,000 to £45,000) | Business to Business Retailer | Manchester

SRGEurope have been appointed to recruit a German speaking Sales Development Executive to join an exciting growing B2B retailer which offers their services globally.

You will work closely with the Sales Director to research and develop a new client base with the German speaking market. We are looking for a candidate with a solid background in business development / B2B sales, who is looking to forge a long term career.

Sales Development Executive duties include but are not limited to:

  • You will research and develop new potential accounts via internet research, business to business calls and other media
  • Organise your call plans to achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets
  • Monitor and assess market for trends and opportunities
  • Open new potential accounts through business to business calls and research
  • Follow up calls and develop accounts
  • Issue proactive offers from stock and incoming stock
  • Maintain relationships with accounts established
  • Monitor and record progress of each account on a company database system
  • Weekly & Monthly rolling report to Sales Director on progress
  • Liaise with internal departments to achieve satisfactory service levels for client requirements

Sales Development Executive skills and experience required:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Business to Business sales experience
  • Telephone sales experience / telephone business development experience
  • Experience identifying trends and opportunities in the market
