Recruitment Consultant (Maternity Cover 9 to 12 months) - Online Gaming - Gibraltar - Salary £Competitive Basic plus excellent commission structure and remote working.

SRGEurope have an opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant based in their Head Quarters in Gibraltar, the Southern tip of Spain. Ideally, you will have experience within Online Gaming or a similar industry, knowledge of areas such as Marketing, IT, Foreign Language, Social Media, Digital Media recruiting would be ideal.

You will be expected to have a 360 degree approach, managing both client and candidate relationships with the primary objective of facilitating successful matching of candidates to suitable roles.

A key focus of the role is to develop and maintain strong relationships, enabling you to attract and retain new business, while managing existing client relationships.

Whilst you will have the support of a team in the Gibraltar office, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates and clients through a wide range of different methods, existing database, job boards, social networks, social media channels, recruitment communities, networking events, social media events etc

Consultant profile:

You must have qualified recruitment skills within a relevant industry. You will need to demonstrate your success as a Consultant, both from a client and candidate management perspective.
