Receptionist/Facilities Management (Maternity Cover) - Financial Services | Competitive Salary | Gibraltar
SRGEurope has been appointed to recruit an experienced Receptionist/Facilities Management to join a well-established Financial Services company with a base in Gibraltar. Our client is premier class, professional and has an incredibly talented work-force.
Receptionist/ Facilities Management Responsibilities:
- Manning the reception desk - greeting and welcoming clients, providing refreshments
- Manning the main phone line
- Managing meeting room requests
- Support with minute taking and organising of meetings
- Daily delivery of mail, collection of newspapers, couriers
- Supporting and processing travel arrangements for local employees and visitors
- Supporting with client events internal and external
- Dealing with premises maintenance matters and suppliers; incl stationary
- Monthly premises incident reporting
- Archive management
Receptionist/ Facilities Management Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- At least 5 GCSEs to include English and Mathematics
- Must have a motorcycle and driving license
- Language skills: English and Spanish (desirable)
- Personable individual, engaging
- Team player
- Good communication
- Accountable, responsible and mature
