QA Automation Engineer Responsibilities:

• Test web services and interactive applications on various browsers and -platforms
• Outline, develop, document, and implement test plans for complex systems
• Track and report progress on assigned tasks in JIRA
• Clearly log issues for other QA team members and developers
• Deliver high-quality products on time and within budget
• Proactively claim ownership and manage relevant tasks
• Assist the development team wherever necessary to complete projects

QA Automation Engineer Requirements:

• EU / UK passport holder or holds the right to work in Gibraltar
• Experience in quality assurance, in test automation, as well as documentation
• Experience with Selenium Webdriver (Java), JMeter or comparable test environments
• Knowledge of programming in Java
• Experience testing of mobile applications or willing to learn it
• Experience in the testing of API
• The ability to create test cases - also in collaboration with cloud-test service providers
• Highly familiar with agile development and continuous delivery
• Experience in working with tools like IntelliJ IDEA, Maven and git
