SRGEurope has been appointed to recruit a Senior Promotions & Operations Executive for a leading Online Gaming company based in Gibraltar. The Senior Promotions & Operations Executive will be

responsible for executing the promotional and CRM plans to incentivise, entice, develop and increase the loyalty of bingo players across the Sportsbook brands.

Senior Promotions & Operations Executive Key Responsibilities:

• Working closely with the Head of Bingo Operations to produce the yearly promotional plan for both brands
• Responsible for updating the marketing plan and its execution day to day
• Regular reporting of promotional performance, costs and ROIs
• Delivery of competitive benchmarking of promotions and ensuring that the marketing plan is adapted to respond to competitor activity
• Day to day content management of the company Bingo brands to ensure that the correct and most timely messages are always briefed in to ensure site is up to date and market competitive
• Delivery of the monthly promotions schedule and setting up campaigns. This includes creative concepts, mechanics, and pay out structures
• Creation and sign-off of creative briefs for promotional campaigns and product launches.
• Working closely with the CRM team to ensure smooth delivery of all promotional communications to our customers
• Ensuring new games are promoted to the correct customers on site, to include game positioning and promotion inclusion
• Collaborating with Digital Marketing and TV Campaign manager on promotional offers that are attractive and relevant across all digital channels.
• Assisting with operational tasks for all bingo brands
• Assisting with the training and development of new team members
• Support the Operations Executive(s) in order to achieve expectation and operational efficiencies

Senior Promotions & Operations Experience and Skills:

• 3-4 years online experience essential; ideally gained within the online gaming industry
• Previous experience working within the Bingo sector
• Promotions/Marketing experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of Playtech systems including IMS and Virtue Fusion Back Office System.
• Knowledge of customer servicing and retention strategies
• Exemplary written and spoken English
• Ability to work effectively as part of both small teams and larger formal groups
• Good IT skills including strong experience of Microsoft Office; Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, time management and organization skills
• Ability to come up with ideas/concepts and suggestions/improvements and follow these through to implementation
