SRGEurope has been appointed to recruit an experienced Senior Product Manager to join a high profile & fast growing company in Gibraltar. Our client is dynamic, creative, & has an incredibly talented work-force. The Senior Product Manager will manage a team of Product Managers whilst keeping maintaining an excellent level of knowledge from both a customer & business stakeholder perspective combined with a strong understanding of the technology needed to deliver the roadmap.

Senior Product Manager Responsibilities:

• Work with Product Management, Commercial, Operational, Regulatory & Technology teams whilst working directly with third party delivery teams as the single point of contact for visioning through requirements, iterations & story definition, backlog grooming, preparing or acceptance tests & criteria, prioritization & scheduling
• Maximise the value of the product & the work of the development team
• Clearly expressing & ordering the items in the product backlog
• Passion for product delivery; specifically mobile / web product features, pushing UX/UI development & innovation
• Understand customer's needs across the whole Core/Sportsbook/Gaming experience
• Work with teams to understand business drivers, help develop product strategy & business cases & contribute to the production of an overall product delivery roadmap that aims to deliver on the key business strategy & goals
• Work with other Product Owners towards an omni-channel approach to ensure consistency & efficiency
• Translate business needs into high level stories/requirements for new to market features & drive incremental delivery of these features in conjunction with the BA's & delivery team via prioritised stories
• Daily interaction with development partners to clarify development requirements & to drive development in an Agile environment as expected
• Regular Interaction with key business areas related to Core/Sportsbook/Gaming including marketing, BI, content, data management, CRM & trading as new features & ideas impact on those areas

Senior Product Manager Requirements:

• Experience defining business requirements in the context of software & application development both from a technical & customer facing view-point
• Strong analytical & product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs & translate them into application & operational requirements
• Exceptional presentation & documentation skills with an expert eye for detail
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills with strong attention to detail Understanding project management methodologies- both agile & waterfall
• Understanding of sports betting & gaming customers
• Experience working with Scrum agile delivery methods
• Experience working with Information Architects & designers to produce high quality UX artefacts as part of the product delivery process
