The Role
SRGEurope have been appointed to recruit a Procurement Service Analyst for a substantial online gaming Group of companies with a key base long established in Gibraltar. You will be the main point of contact for Procurement activity for our business. The role will involve both direct delivery and support of others in performance of tasks such as sourcing, supplier selection, onboarding and contract management.

What You Will Be Doing
Act as the main procurement point of contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders
Work with wider Group procurement colleagues to devise policies and processes
Drive the adoption and adherence to all relevant procurement processes, policies and guidelines
Deliver procurement process training and education to staff
Establish and maintain key working relationships with InfoSec, Data Protection, Compliance and Service Management teams
Review, compare and analyse products and services to be purchased along with company stakeholders
Pro-actively manage and develop the supplier base from perspectives of value opportunities and Supplier Risk Management, identifying any group synergies and economies of scale
Provide reporting as required for this role
Promote and engage in collaboration and information sharing with relevant teams across the Group Company
What You Will Need to Succeed In This Role
Prior experience in working in procurement area and use of relevant technology desirable
Prior experience working with external suppliers, negotiating, and executing commercial contracts desirable but not essential.
A proactive and structured approach to work;
An understanding of the supply chain process desirable but not essential.
Excellent numerical, analytical and communication ability.
