SRGEurope has been appointed to recruit an experienced Platform Product Owner to join a high profile & fast growing company in Gibraltar. The Platform Product Owner shall lead in the creation, development, prioritisation & delivery of new development items, change requests & bug fixes in conjunction with the platform provider.

Platform Product Owner Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Own end to end platform development roadmap
• Work with stakeholders, platform provider & product owners to ensure improvements are prioritised & completed according to the business needs & tested before release
• Drive the development roadmap for all platform based BAU small enhancements, as well as prioritizing medium & large items across all of the company brands by liaising with stakeholders, platform provider & product owners, ensuring sign off of all critical steps in the delivery of enhancements
• Act as first point of contact and gate keeper for new developments, enhancements & bug fixes for the Platform to ensure that all items raised have clear business value & their impact has been completely investigated & justified
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all items being delivered are aligned with each roadmap to deliver any dependencies in a seamless manner
• Prioritise the roadmap of work based on business needs, compliance concerns & profitability & be the ultimate decision maker on Sprint contents & focus for the Platform Team
• Manage stakeholders to ensure readiness to hand over to development & report on progress or roadblocks for each ticket
• Lead & directly manage a Business Analyst to ensure that they have gathered the correct information from the key stakeholders & all development items are development ready for Sprint kick off
• Lead & directly manage a Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure all items which are due for delivery meet the completed stakeholder requirements as set out by the business analyst to the highest standards of the business
• Develop, own & maintain processes to support the full product development lifecycle & ensure alignment with other product owners
• Source & deliver new software products to the business which will allow for reduced workloads & better management of services
• Ensure clear understanding of product roadmaps & how these developments will impact current projects & development plans

Platform Product Owner Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in a Product development / owner role in an online environment essential
• Bachelors/ Master's degree in a business or technology discipline desirable
• Considerable experience of taking the business lead in the development of requirements & delivery of high profile projects with complete knowledge of software development lifecycles
• Understanding of all aspects of the Gaming platform, including: system configuration, reporting & bonus features
• Proven track record of bringing about significant business improvement within ecommerce roles
• Ability to come up with ideas/concepts & suggestions/improvements
