The Role
SRGEurope have been appointed to recruit a Payroll Administrator for a growing, innovative gaming company with a base in Gibraltar. This is an exciting and varied role that will require the successful candidate to also assist posting bank journals and updating bank details during month end.

What You Will Be Doing
Processing the Gibraltar office payroll in a timely manner whilst ensuring the accuracy of all payments.
Dealing directly with the Gibraltar government departments such as the ETB and tax office for open vacancies and new starters.
Enrolling employees on to the company pension, health care and life insurance plans and having a relationship with the service providers.
Inputting payrolls from different countries into various country banks in Europe
Journal uploads to accounting software for all jurisdictions.
Reconciliations of PAYE, net salaries and pensions for all jurisdictions.
Payroll reporting on actual vs budget on a monthly basis.
Investigate any payroll related variances to the bank, liaising with UK payroll and HR.
Responsible for the accurate upload of employee expenses and updating employee bank details as and when required.
Assisting the wider finance team during month end, posting bank charges as well as assisting with matching supplier payments between the bank and the accounting software.
Ad hoc duties during month end reporting.
What You Will Need to Succeed In This Role
Previous experience working in Payroll.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work to tight deadlines.
