Are you looking for that next step in your career to have a clear route to Partner in a realistic timescale (2-3 years).
SRGEurope are currently recruiting for a Partner Designate in West Sussex to work for a well-established (30 years) and respected firm of Chartered Accountants.
They offer a wide range of accountancy and advisory services tailored to the individual needs of clients, in which they specialise in providing advice to small and medium businesses alike coupled with individuals.
SERVICES OFFERED INCLUDE
Accounting
Auditing
Taxation Advice (Company and Personal)
Book keeping
Payroll
There are currently 12 staff including the Managing Director / Partner.
ROLE
There is currently and opening for a Partner Designate to join the organisation with a view to this individual becoming a partner in due course and over a 2-3 year period taking over the full management of the practice.
The successful incumbent's responsibilities will include:
Managing a portfolio of clients including, sole traders, partnerships, Limited companies and individuals
All aspects of accounts preparation
Tax computations
Provide advisory services for all clients
Reporting as required by clients
Working to tight deadlines
Liaise closely with other team members
Manage and develop junior staff
Source and win new clients
REQUIREMENTS
Qualified ACCA , ACA or CA
Strong financial accounts background (any Audit experience also benefilial)
Have lead assignments from start to completion
Sets priorities, defines activities, gives responsibilities and plans work so that results are delivered on time
Proven success in client (existing and new) development
