Office Manager / Marketing Assistant | Marketing | Gibraltar
SRG Europe are recruiting on behalf of our fantastic clients for an Office Manager / Marketing Assistant to maintain the general operations in the office and support the marketing division. Our clients are a well-established company within the Tech & Entertainment sector and are now expanding in Gibraltar.
We are looking for an Office Manager/Marketing Assistant with at least 3 years' experience in office operations and marketing who shares our passion for tech. This role will be split 30% operations / 70% marketing support. Your role will be to oversee the day-to-day operations of the office and to develop and deliver all marketing activities.
You will have excellent IT skills including Excel, Word, Powerpoint (and/or Google Workspace); and preferably have a good working knowledge of marketing / creative tools. You will have outstanding communication skills to work with other members of the team and our clients, you will be self-motivated, and have desire to learn.
Managing business operations tasks: Including managing office environment (supplies, equipment, cleaners, repairs); performing receptionist tasks; interfacing with building maintenance, building management, Gibraltar customs, DHL and FedEx; signing/keeping track of office invoices and working with accounting to ensure payment.
Marketing: including social media management (twitter, facebook, Instagram), content creation and curation for both social media and websites, SEO, performance tracking and report generation, other traffic acquisition (such as adwords and ads buys), and affiliate program management.
Excellent administrative and organisation skills.
Able to manage sensitive and confidential information
Ability to understand and follow changing social media sites' rules and guidelines, and manage/organize multiple social media profiles and accounts.
Able to use relevant software (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and/or Google Workspace equivalents) and to be able to use or learn software e.g. Mailchimp, Canva, Hootsuite, WordPress
Resilient to coping with conflicting demands, able to prioritise duties and work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines and effectively budget time
Self-motivated, highly organised and able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks
Demonstrated ability to undertake above responsibilities.
Local knowledge of suppliers in Gibraltar and Spanish speaking would be an advantage
