Office Manager - Malta - Salary Package 25,000 euro plus benefits

SRGEurope are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join an exciting Online Gaming Company in Malta. As Office Manager you will supervise the administration department, provide coaching and guidance to the team to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Ideally you will speak Maltese or Italian.

The appointed Office Manager duties and responsibilities are but not confined to:

  • Monitor costs and expenses of the company
  • Prepare and update budget/promo reports for all the departments/languages
  • Share the budget file with Head Office
  • Share the team incentives with the external accountant
  • Manage all the promotions
  • Coordinate with payroll the info to prepare the salary (promotions, benefits, fines)
  • Update the file for IT orders and check deliveries and payments
  • Cooperate and coordinate with IT department and Security to create and organize new areas in the office
  • Check and approve the invoices in line with the time schedule
  • Prepare the documentation required for work permits and deal with lawyers/Identity Malta
  • Cooperate with other departments like HR, Payments, IT and assist the other managers
  • Improve the procedure/administrative filing system
  • Monitor office equipment and supplies
  • Coordinate, fill and check the surveys
  • Supervise the cash box and the credit card
  • Deal with office suppliers for stationary etc
  • Organize team building event/ leisure activities (internal and external)
  • Organize company events externally
  • Organize staff party (with HR)
  • Handle requests from the Managing Director as they arise

The appointed Office Manager profile is as follows:

  • Good level of written and spoken English, ideally Italian and/or Maltese speaking
  • Must have solid experience of Office Management
  • Good knowledge in MS Office and Internet programs;
  • Manages to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Able to implement internal processes
  • Works Independently
  • Ability to organize and prioritize job tasks
  • Highly organised
