Office Assistant | Online Gaming | Malta | Native Spanish

SRGEurope are working with one of the biggest names in the Online Gaming industry to recruit an Office Assistant. You will be responsible for performing a range of administrative tasks to support the day-to-day operations in an office environment. This person will support the leadership team and the HR function as well as assisting with office maintenance.

What you will be doing:

  • Take responsibility for Facilities management for the Malta office, liaising with local contractors and building relationships.

  • Support the Managing Director with diary management, travel and leadership team meetings as and when required.

  • Maintains the operation of the office by receiving and distributing communications, collecting, and dispatching correspondence as required.

  • Maintains stock of supplies by anticipating work requirements, ordering supplies and distributing supplies when necessary.

  • Support with HR administration such as offer letters, contracts and payroll changes.

  • Take responsibility for Health and Safety/First aid within the office ensuring that we have the correct number of colleagues trained and that relevant qualifications are kept up to date.

  • To become the point of contact for the Procure to Pay process for the office ("P2P" - creation and matching of Purchase Orders and invoices).

  • Maintains equipment by performing preventive maintenance; troubleshooting failures; requesting repairs and monitoring the operation of equipment.

  • Organising travel by booking accommodations and reservations needs as required.

  • Coordinate and organize office, department activities and functions like meetings; schedule, obtain use of rooms, and set up the rooms and equipment to be used.

  • Coordinate and manage cleaning within the office.

  • Assist with company events planning.

  • Perform other administrative support tasks across all departments.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Native Spanish is essential

  • 1+ year of office Administration

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.

  • Internet skills including use of e-mails, group messaging and data collection.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish

  • Organisation and planning skills.

  • Work management and prioritizing skills.
