SRGEurope has been appointed to recruit an experienced Marketing & Operations Games Publisher to join a high profile and fast growing online gaming company in the Isle of Man. Our client is dynamic, creative, and has an incredibly talented work force.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and be familiar with the strategy and vision for casino games.

  • Responsible for understanding the regulated market games requirements of each of the Business Units.

  • Ensure delivery of casino game content in line with strategy and vision.

  • Responsible for the non-technical pre live activities to maximise the overall uptake,

  • promotion and success of portfolio games including - Regular Communications, Marketing, Documentation, Game Demonstrations, Game Settings, Blocking.

  • Responsible for all issues relating games (post 3 months of a games life) and responsible for

  • communicating / escalating to relevant people within the organization to ensure they get prioritised and dealt with in a timely manner.

  • Responsible for performance analysis of regulated market game releases and analysing performance of catalogue games and opportunities for further growth.

  • Carry out market, industry, competitive and operator analysis in order to identify areas of opportunity, change and improvement.

  • Liaise, collaborate and influence closely with Native APP development team in Derivco on roadmap.

  • Awareness of the P+L of game certifications/developments in line with game performance.

Essential skills:

  • Proven online product management experience and educated to degree level or equivalent.

  • Overall knowledge of the gaming industry with in-depth knowledge of game content, operators and suppliers.

  • A broad and comprehensive technical understanding is required as well as a good understanding of product development processes and concepts.

  • Experience in player journey/user experience and web/software user interface development.

  • Experience in both waterfall and agile.

  • Understanding of software development processes.

  • Experience in player journey/user experience and web/software user interface development.

  • 5 years+ of online casino, poker and / or bingo operational management experience.

  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

  • Able to perform in high pressure and stressful environments.

  • Business awareness all round in the market.
