The Role

SRGEurope have been appointed to recruit a Marketing Technology Manager for a large, innovative gaming company with a base in Gibraltar. This candidate is passionate about Marketing Technology and understands the value that data and analytics can bring to the business. You will be responsible for aligning process, and technology to organize marketing execution for the team. Additionally, you will maintain and govern the global marketing automation system for our UK and international regions and arm the marketing organization with the tools they need to be successful. You will own the marketing technology stack and ensure digital marketing execution, accurate lead delivery, follow up, action, tracking and reporting.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Strong understanding of marketing automation and Martech - the data pipeline journey.

  • Assume responsibility for the management of the marketing technology stack across all platforms.

  • Transforming the analytics requirements and in representing the marketing team's requirements of web analytics, proactively monitoring performance KPIs and drive channel and funnel optimisation at both an aggregated and marketing channel level.

  • Oversee implementation of 3rd party marketing provider data and data transfer to tombola.

  • Drive mandate for tracking and tagging requirements between agencies, 3rd parties and internal departments.

  • Developing a matrix of tools which will create analytical autonomy for marketing.

  • Hands-on experience of configuration of the Google Marketing Platform (GMP)

  • Using Custom Floodlight Variables alongside the Data Layer to enrich reporting

  • Familiarity with Tag Management platforms and how they work alongside ad servers

  • Support development of data management platform for enhanced targeting

What You Will Need to Succeed In This Role

  • Expertise in digital analytics with knowledge of Google Analytics

  • Knowledge and experience working with marketing platform data such as Facebook, Google Ads, SA 360, Appsflyer etc.

  • Experience developing and implementing new processes and technologies, while driving adoption and compliance.

  • Understanding of attribution techniques

  • Comfortable using raw data and creating actionable insight

  • Experience of a data visualisation or BI tool such as Tableau or Power BI are preferred.

  • Experience on tracking implementation

  • Gambling experience advantageous
