SRGEurope have been appointed to recruit an experienced Marketing Manager based in Southern Spain.

What You Will Be Doing
Creating and executing the acquisition strategy with the explicit aim of growing traffic & revenue.
Looking after Affiliates, Digital Media (Paid Social, Display & Video), PPC, SEO and Performance Partnerships, Mobile Apps (ASO, Networks, & App Growth strategies).
Responsible for branding, acquisition, retention and retargeting strategies.
Oversee the marketing calendar, forecasting and budgets in accordance with marketing plans.
Work closely with a number of key stakeholders in the business, including Brand Marketing, Creative, Gaming & Sportsbook to deploy a range of campaigns
Discover, research and test new and emerging channels.
Work with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure any new product developments are brought to life through marketing communications and clear USPs are identified and communicated to customers to encourage play and drive revenue.
Work with all areas of the marketing team to deliver clear customers comms plans across all channels (affiliates, digital marketing, social CRM, PR) to bring the brand to life.
Work closely with commercial and data teams to produce feasibilities and forecasts for promotional initiatives with clear business cases to support the forecast returns and ROI
Measure, monitor and report back on the success of campaigns and promotions
Manage campaign budgets and analyse the ROI and effectiveness of campaigns
Develop clear and concise briefing notes which enables the operational teams to clearly understand the planned activity, including rationale and forecast results - enabling them to cascade and execute at a departmental level
What You Will Need to Succeed In This Role
Solid experience in marketing within the gaming industry
Solid understanding of all key marketing channels highlighted above:- Affiliates, Digital Media (Paid Social, Display & Video), PPC, SEO, and Performance Partnerships, Mobile Apps Experience with analytics tools including Google Analytics
Frequent long haul travel.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
