The Role

SRGEurope have been appointed to recruit an outstanding candidate for a Managing Director vacancy for a market leading online digital company in their specialist field. Their brand has gained exponential momentum over the last 3 years and they have gained huge success in multiple jurisdictions across Europe. You will be reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and will be located in their prestigious Gibraltar offices with regular travel to their European locations.

As Managing Director you will have a proven track record in a fast paced B2C environment, not necessarily within online gaming and have worked in a commercial leadership role within an organisation renowned for its market leading strategy and brand presence.

What You Will Be Doing

• Working closely with the heads of marketing to plan and develop effective and innovative strategies and campaigns across all channels to achieve key business objectives around acquisition, retention and reactivation

• Maximise online conversions through continued effective use of digital channels and optimisation of customer experience

• Enhance and develop the current customer experience, delivering through in-country and UK based service teams

• Manage and maintain the intercompany relationships and governance within their Group structure

• Ensure the company remains compliant in all markets and maintain good relationships with the regulators

• Management of business wide Finance and Compliance departments

• Overall responsibility, relationship management and ownership of key 3rd party supplier relationships

• To work closely with the CEO, COO and senior team to set the future vision of commercial operations

• To embrace the culture and values of the business

To Succeed In This Role

• Relevant senior level experience in a fast paced B2C environment, not necessarily within online gaming

• Proven ability to operate successfully in an intensely competitive and evolving business category

• Experience within a digital e-commerce, CRM based business, where data insight into analysing and influencing customer loyalty and behaviour is essential

• Deep understanding of consumer marketing strategies within the digital sector and an ability to lead effective digital strategies internationally

• Track record of building and managing high performing teams

• An entrepreneurial spirit and the demonstrated ability to take others along on the journey

• An innovative and imaginative style to drive both strategic and creative direction

• Experience in developing customer service teams that deliver world class service to players or customers
