SRGEurope have been appointed to recruit an enthusiastic and driven bilingual English with Spanish Logistics Account Manager to work for an international shipping company in their Gibraltar office. The Logistics Account Manager will work closely with the External Account manager and manage a group of clients.

The ideal candidate will be expected to demonstrate that they are used to working in a responsive environment and making day to day decisions quickly in this fast paced industry.

The Logistics Account Manager Responsibilities are but not limited to:

• General client administration as required during the course of the day
• Customer service, sales (support) and order management
• You will work closely with the Purchasing and Logistics department for proper handling of the order flow
• Manage account receivables referring to your tasks and obtain the relevant support from the finance department
• You maintain all contact with international clients , preparing calculations and tenders for applications and projects,
• Process and control orders and related documents for various authorities and third parties including the shipping authorities

The Logistics Account Manager Skills & Experience are but not limited to:

• Ideally a Bachelor's degree or 2 to 3 years experience in a fast paced admin role with a client focus
• Fluent written and spoken level English and Spanish
• Commercial acumen: Competent in evaluating client requirements
• Able to work independently but also work in a team as this is a small office environment
• Ability to thrive in extremely fast-paced environment with flexible structure and methodologies
• Proactive, committed, accurate, stress resistant, solution provider and a healthy competitive spirit
• Currently residing at Gibraltar or Spain in a local area
