The Role

SRG Europe are recruiting on behalf of our fantastic clients for a Live Dealer (Hindi Speaking). Having recently launched a Live Dealer gaming service, they are adding to their teams and need you to join them.

In this exciting position you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional standards in performance and game knowledge.

What You Will Be Doing

• As a Live Dealer you will be providing an outstanding customer experience by engaging with all players.

• Using all your training you will be expected to demonstrate the highest levels of professionalism and technical proficiency on a number of table games.

• Becoming a key part of the team and taking an active role in the continuous improvement and development of the product.

• Ensuring that all of your gaming operations adhere to licencing regulations and within our client's brand guidelines at all times.

What You Will Need to Succeed In This Role

• A valid EU passport and ideally located in the Bucharest area.

• Native Hindi speaker with a strong command of English and excellent communication skills.

• Flexibility to cover a variety of shifts across a 24/7 working pattern (5 days out of 7).

• An interest in casino games and passionate about providing the highest levels of customer service.
