SRGEurope have been appointed to recruit an experienced IT Specialist for an exciting software development company based in the thriving jurisdiction of Gibraltar. As the successful IT specialist, you should have an in-depth knowledge of various computer hardware and software technologies.

What You Will Be Doing
Installing new software and sourcing necessary equipment.
Regularly evaluating our IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary IT compliance and security standards.
Assisting with network administration tasks including identity management, end user management, and access management.
Day-to-day support and resolution of all or any IT related issues
Setting up best practices and related policies for IT management of the group
What You Will Need to Succeed In This Role
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
A technical degree in Information Science, CS, or equivalent skill gained through experience coupled with at least 2+ years of experience in systems (hardware and software) support
Knowledge of IT principles, concepts, and methods; systems testing and evaluation principles, methods, and tools; IT security principles and methods
Internet technologies; and/or emerging information technologies
Good experience in AWS (server and user access), DNS and familiarity with multiple web browsers and OS platforms, software procurement and updates, user management and SAS administration (Microsoft, Google Suite, teams, etc.)
Must Proficiency with VPN networks, firewalls, encryption, and other aspects of network
security technologies possess strong analytical interpersonal, and communication skills and can work with minimal supervision in a team environment
