SRGEurope have opportunities for an experienced IT Recruitment Consultant, you will be based at our Head Quarters in Gibraltar, which is on the Southern tip of the Iberian Peninsula neighbouring Spain. Ideally you will have experience within the Technology sector managing roles such as Developers, Analysts, Architects and Project Managers. You will be used to working across multiple jurisdictions UK, Spain,Gibraltar and Malta.

You will be expected to manage 360 degree both client and candidate relationships with the primary objective of facilitating successful matching of candidates to suitable roles across the relevant industry.

A key focus of the role is the developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients whilst also using your abilities to attract and retain new business.

Whilst you will have the support of a team, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates and clients through a wide range of different methods; existing database, job boards, social networks, social media channels, recruitment communities, networking events, social media events etc.

Consultant profile:

You must have established recruitment skills ideally with a background in Tech, within a relevant industry, in an active recruitment role. You will need to demonstrate success as a Consultant, both from a client and candidate management perspective.
