SRGEurope have been appointed to recruit a capable HVC Executive. The principle objective of this role is to identify and develop our HVCs and to maintain a good relationship with them whilst providing support to our Account Manager. You will be responsible for optimizing deals to ensure ROI.

What you will be doing:
Building strong relationships with HVC customers and provide superb, personalized service
To provide the HVC with personal and competition beating service
Reaching out to players proactively to reactivate dormant accounts
Set up HVC campaigns and bonuses for HVCs
To assist with the payment generation process for monthly affiliate commission payments
To assist with general HVC enquiries
Monitor HVC activity, analyse performance, identify areas of improvement and recommend ways to increase revenues
Provide assistance to the Account Manager and other Team members
The Essentials:
HVCs
Affiliates (at times)
Marketing
Compliance
Creative
Procurement Backup technology
Must be proficient with MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
A strong communicator, with good interpersonal skills.
Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
Ability to multi-task and be analytical, with high attention to detail.
Fluent in Mandarin and English - both written and spoken.
The position is full-time (40 hours per week) working five days out of seven, flexible to suit business needs
Available to work weekends when needed
