Head of VIP - Outbound Sales - £40k - £50k plus bonus and OTE, Relocation assistance - Gibraltar
SRGEurope has been appointed to recruit an experienced and hands-on Head of VIP Outbound Sales for an award winning Casino, who also specialise within Sportsbook and gaming related products.
The Head of VIP will report to the Director of VIP and is responsible for achieving the overall activity and revenue targets for the VIP channel. The role covers all aspects of sales, training and development of the Account Managers in order to achieve the objectives and overall strategy of the VIP channel with a specific focus on sales and outbound activity.
The Head of VIP Outbound Sales position is a new role within the organisation to scope, define and deliver the activity and revenue targets of the VIP programme. The role will focus on delivering an increased level of acquisition, activity, reactivation and retention of an existing group of valuable players and new VIPs. The role is responsible for the outbound sales of players across all brands and products.
Head Of VIP Responsibilities:
- Maximise revenue and activity from the VIP segments
- Find and develop new VIPs
- Manage on-boarding to the VIP programme
- Reactivate lapsed VIPs to maximise revenue from the whole VIP player base
- Work with the various Commercial and Operational teams to identify and nurture potential new and existing VIPs throughout their life cycle and tenure
- Work with the VIP Account Managers to deliver new promotions and commercial opportunities for the VIPs
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in sales planning and partnership-based commercial activity
- To formulate strategies and objectives to deliver sales, revenue and activity targets and KPI's for the VIP channel
- To analyse the performance of promotions and campaigns through data led insight
- To work alongside the Head of VIP Account Management to develop and create increased activity and revenue from the VIP segments
Head of VIP Experience:
- 5 years+ experience working within Sales and Business Development teams
- Direct commercial, business development and sales experience
- Ideally experience of sales and marketing to VIP e-gaming or sport betting customers
- Experience working on the strategy and objectives of a Commercial and VIP channel
- Reporting and analytical experience of a Sales Team and channel
