SRGEurope are working with one of the fastest growing Online Gaming clients in the industry today, to recruit a highly experienced Head of VIP for their Asian markets. This role will be based in our client's fantastic offices in the centre of Gibraltar, and you will be responsible for creating the strategies and developing relationships to provide a world class customer service experience to their Asian based customers.

What you will be doing:

• Using your knowledge and experience of the Asian VIP Gaming markets, you will be creating strategies to deliver a best in class customer service experience
• Coaching, mentoring and overseeing the development of the Asian VIP Team members, to achieve set targets
• Conducting competitor analysis and keeping up to date with the latest developments and trends within the Asian Gaming markets
• Working closely with colleagues across the business to ensure a smooth process for all customers' relating to payments, KYC and products
• Building and maintain excellent relationships with your network of VIP customers' within the Asian markets

The Essentials:

• 3+ years within VIP Online Gaming markets, in a senior capacity
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, in Mandarin and English
• Previous experience of developing marketing and CRM strategies to maximise revenues
• Ability to work under pressure to deadlines on multiple projects, in a fast paced ever changing environment
• A thorough understanding of the Asian Gaming markets and latest trends
