SRGEurope has been appointed to recruit an experienced Head of Marketing to join a high profile payment service provider in Malta. The Head of Marketing will be responsible for providing guidance to the marketing department by evaluating and developing marketing strategies, planning and coordinating marketing efforts, communicating the marketing plans to those involved, and building awareness and positioning for our company's brands
Head of Marketing Responsibilities:
- Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing products
- Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing and PR
- Working closely with the company's Business Development team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations
- Ensuring that the marketing objectives are implemented by the marketing team
- Work closely with the Product team to define marketing materials and programs
- Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition
- Developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies for the organisation
- Ensure the brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
- Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends
- Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
Head of Marketing Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing
- Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles and campaigns
- Confident, driven and dynamic leader
- Analytical mind
- Entrepreneurial mind-set with the ability to spot original branding opportunities
