SRGEurope has been appointed to recruit a Gaming Operations Lead to join a new exciting Gaming company in Gibraltar. It is an amazing opportunity to be part of an innovative and pioneering company. Gaming Operations Lead Responsibilities:
- Building the company's operations function from scratch.
- Hands-on approach to achieve product launch by end of this year.
- Dealing with payment providers and designing relevant payment processes.
- Setting up customer support function.
- Setting up strong CRM (mails push, promotions) systems.
Gaming Operations Lead Requirements:
-
At least 3 years' experience as Operations Manager in Gaming either social, casino or lottery.
- Managerial experience and leading skills are required.
- Have solid project management skills and a dynamic and confident approach, which allows you to easily manage operational business on a daily basis.
- Are willing to go the extra mile and are driven by a high performance attitude.
- Work independently to produce high quality work and show an excellent work ethic.
- Are passionate about working in a start-up environment, in particular creating and managing high growth Internet businesses
