SRGEurope have been appointed to recruit an experienced and versatile Head of Digital Marketing. In this role based in our client's fantastic offices in Malta, you will be leading, developing, and optimising the brands' digital strategy and performance.

Five years' experience within Online Gaming and in a similar capacity is essential, for you to succeed in this role.

What you will be doing:

• Develop, implement, and monitor new and existing processes, tools, and structures to enhance the performance of the digital marketing strategy and campaigns, NGR and ROI in line with regulatory and compliance guidelines across countries.
• Manage and optimise budgets across a variety of paid media acquisition channels.
• Lead a team of employees; collaborate and liaise with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders; report to and C-Levels.
• Build strong relationships with third parties and media partners.

The Essentials:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar capacity within the Online Gaming industry.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, IT or similar.
• Experience with the main digital marketing tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing substantial budgets, reporting ROI and delivering NGR.
