SRGEurope has been appointed to recruit an experienced Head of Account Manager to join a high profile and fast growing company in Malta. Our client is dynamic, creative, and has an incredibly talented work-force. Relocation assistance is available for candidates in the UK / EU. The Head of Account Manager is responsible for managing the team of Account Managers, provide effective guidance and be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members daily. As the Head of Account Management, you will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.

Head of Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
  • Setting clear team goals
  • Delegating tasks and set deadlines for your internal team
  • Oversee day-to-day operation
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics
  • Motivate team members
  • Discover training needs and provide coaching
  • Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts

Requirements:

  • Ideally gaming experience, with previous experience within the online B2B industry as a Sales person or Account Manager
  • Strong negotiation skills and very good people skills
  • The ability to be innovative and creative with excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Self-starter who is motivated to succeed
  • Ability to sell and close deals
  • A problem solver proactive approach and driven by targets
  • Commercially minded, with strong analytical / numerical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in English
