The Role
SRGEurope have been appointed to recruit a Group Marketing Director for an exciting international technology company with a base in Gibraltar. You will be a Leader and a Strategist joining a thriving team and will drive the development of world-class marketing material. A key element of the role is to provide business strategic insights to grow the customer base and further establish this brand as one of the largest in Europe.

What You Will Be Doing
- Lead a diverse team of 30+ in delivering operational and creative brand excellence, growing the brand across all target markets internationally as well as in Europe
- Launch and lead CRM strategy and execution, partnering with both strategy and Insight team on developing effective customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing campaigns
- Utilize consumer insights and data to drive decisions across the marketing organization
- Develop cross-functional relationships, working with product, technical and operational teams to deliver the best propositions for the customers
- Lead and manage paid advertising efforts across multiple channels - traditional and digital
- Determine the most effective spend mix between channels
- Develop the performance marketing capability, scaling the digital activities across all territories
- Ensure the client has the right marketing team technology and tooling to maximise their effectiveness in their market
What You Will Need to Succeed In This Role
- Proven leadership experience working in B2C businesses with a track record of delivering growth
- Experience of strategic leadership at C Level
- 10+ years' experience in marketing with broad disciplines; brand, performance, media etc.
- Track record of being responsible for an annual budget with excellent performance metrics.
- Data-driven decision-making utilizing KPIs, ROI analysis, and customer insight
- Ability to manage, grow, and develop high-performing teams
- Experience leading cross functional teams with ability to thrive in a large organisation
