The Role

SRGEurope have been appointed to recruit a Financial Reporting Accountant for a successful gaming company based in Gibraltar who are looking to grow their Finance team. As the Financial Reporting Accountant you will assist in reporting on the financial results as well as being the key contact responsible for all Group related finance projects, liaising between the Gibraltar entity and the Group HQ. Preparing Budgets, Forecasts and KPI reporting will be your skillset.

What You Will Be Doing

• Reporting month end accounts to the Group in a timely manner, deadlines are key.

• Analysing financial results against budget and identifying trends to improve accuracy and aid forecasting.

• Prepare reports on financial revenue and expenditure and communicating the insights with Heads of Departments and senior management.

• Develop automated accounting programs to help increase productivity and efficiency.

• Mapping internal charts of accounts to that of the Group finance function on a monthly basis.

• Lead the annual budget and forecasting, being the key interface between finance and the wider business.

• Ad hoc reports as and when requested from Group.

What You Will Need to Succeed In This Role

• Previous iGaming experience an advantage but not essential.

• Qualified ACCA or AAT or Similar but candidates with the relevant experience in reporting will also be included in the selection process

• Systems development and finance systems experience (Ideally Sage).

• Advanced level of MS office skills.

• Excellent report building skills

• Good communication skills and experience with challenging department heads.
