The Role

SRGEurope have been appointed to recruit an experienced Finance Manager (Operations) for a growing International Blockchain Company with a base in the thriving jurisdiction of Gibraltar. You will be responsible for a small team of Finance Associates who deal with day to day payments and reconciliations. The role is newly created due to growth and will report to the Financial Controller as well as indirectly to the Gibraltar Managing Director.

What You Will Be Doing

• Performing reviews of daily reconciliations of bank and custodial accounts
• Performing reviews daily reconciliations of client wallets
• Perform exception handling procedures in respect to customer activities
• Support associate staff in investigating complex issues in relation to finance operations
• Perform UAT testing in relation to finance operation team features
• Working with other operational teams in the organisation to resolve any additional queries
• Support work with engineering teams as required regarding design, implementation, and testing
• Documenting standard operating processes, procedures, and policies
• Perform any other adhoc duties as required
• Some flexibility maybe required (Cover for evenings and weekends)

What You Will Need to Succeed In This Role

• Demonstrable relevant experience working in a finance environment.
• Knowledge of Finance, Accounting & Reporting requirements
• Intermediate / Advanced Excel skills.
• Qualified or Part Qualified Accountant through a recognized Board (AAT, ACA, ACCA, etc), or qualified through experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in English is required
