SRGEurope are working closely with a Gibraltar based Wealth Management company who are looking to appoint a new Executive to work within their growing Trading and Investment team.

As this is such a sort after local company, they are looking for someone who has strong experience and understanding within financial services.

Trading & Investment Executive Responsibilities:

• Lead and take responsibility for security trading
• Conduct fund research to produce trading recommendations
• Play a key part in investment strategy meetings including the preparation of material
• Provide admin support when required
• Carry out analysis of investment portfolios
• Settling payments
• Producing ad hoc and quarterly client valuations
• Calculation of value at risk for client portfolios
• Maintain record of executed trades and ensure recovery of initial commission with deadlines
• Handling corporate actions
• Ensuring client income is paid correctly and on time
• Ad hoc tasks to support the Head of Client Services and Directors

Trading & investment Executive Requirements:

• Experience and understanding in financial services specifically to pensions, insurance and investments
• Self-motivated
• Problem-solving
• Critical and analytical thinking
• Comfortable making decisions and taking responsibility
• Ideally experienced using Bloomberg
• Knowledge of funds and the trading process
