The Role
SRGEurope have been appointed to recruit an experienced Executive Insurance Director for an established Insurance company based in the thriving jurisdiction of Gibraltar. The Executive Director (Designate) will be required to assist in managing the Gibraltar office (including supervision of staff) as well as co-ordination and provision of a market-leading and professional service to the client portfolio.

What You Will Be Doing
To manage the provision of statutory accounts, coordination of solvency reviews and reporting, liaison with regulators and client representatives at the most senior level
To gain familiarity and understanding of our client portfolio, insurance accounting and our client service systems and processes
To manage and be able to work effectively with the other members of the insurance team
To work effectively and efficiently within our clients International policies and procedures in terms of applying standard procedures
To develop the office and the Gibraltar business, being a member of the New Business team advising and on boarding prospective clients
Develop the experience and knowledge to be appointed as a Board level Director
To liaise with the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission
What You Will Need to Succeed In This Role
Undertake all activities in a professional and ethical manner
Attend and actively participate in internal meetings initiatives
Complete timesheets accurately and on time
Contribute to the overall positive working environment with impeccable conduct
Maintain CPD and internal training requirements
ACCA or equivalent professional qualification
Self-motivated and driven
Proven leadership skills or the desire to develop into a management role
Established client relationship skills
