Recruitment Agency SRGEurope has been appointed to recruit a Digital QA tester (Manual and Automation) to join a technology led Company with offices in Reading. The Digital QA tester (Manual and Automation) will work alongside developers and other colleagues and be responsible for writing and executing test plans.
Digital QA tester (Manual & Automation) Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Requirement analysis, documentation & providing estimates
- Creating / Writing test plans
- Writing & executing manual and automated test cases
- Generate test data & define requirements
- Review test plans of colleagues
- Manage defects
- Documentation of test results and presentation to stakeholders
- Contribute to the test automation framework and actively assist in the improvement of the testing teams capabilities
Digital QA tester (Manual & Automation) Requirements to include (please ask for full job spec):
- ISTQB Certified or similar qualification desirable
- Experience working in Agile environment - Essential
- Test management and defect management tools - Essential
- Automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver - Essential
- Similar experience in a similar testing role
- Development lifecycle knowledge
- Testing best practice
- User acceptance testing
- Web testing (multiple browsers & devices)
- Requirement management
- Scripting / programming language (preferably C#)
- Experience writing SQL queries & insert/update statements
