Danish Customer Operations Representative - Online Gaming - Gibraltar

The Role

SRG Europe are recruiting on behalf of our fantastic clients for a Danish Customer Operations Representative. Our clients are one of the most well established names within the Online Gaming industry, and are continuing to grow. Due to the expansion of their products in their Danish markets, they need you to join them.

In this position you will be ensuring B2C customers receive the highest standard of Customer Service, along with daily operational checks and verifications.

What You Will Be Doing

  • You will be expected to maintain the highest standard of quality and quantity responses on all Customer Operation related topics

  • Analyse and investigate accounts raised to Operation Queues / Reports and ensure relevant action is taken

  • Complete conversion / retention efforts through promotions, events and bonus offers

  • Complete daily AML and Under-Age checks, taking relevant action where needed

  • Work to established standards and liaise with the Fraud Department daily

What You Will Need to Succeed In This Role

  • Native Danish speaker with a thorough understanding of the Online Gaming markets.

  • High level of intelligence with excellent reasoning and analytical abilities

  • You will need to work well within a team, in a confident and flexible matter

  • Able to work under pressure with excellent organisational skills

  • Excellent communication skills as you will be working with the teams' right across the business.
