SRG Europe have been appointed to recruit an experienced Customer Risk Projects & Optimization Manager. In this role based in our client's fantastic offices in the heart of Gibraltar, you will be optimizing Safer Gaming workflows and managing Customer Safety and Due Diligence projects.

What you will be doing:

  • Managing and optimizing the Customer Safety and Due Diligence projects in line with existing and new regulatory requirements

  • Delivery of CSDD initiatives for in house developed projects and integration with third party solutions

  • Acting as the focal point to other divisional projects, and program managers to coordinate required task actions across CSDD.

  • Building business cases for new in-house and third-party solutions

  • Creating and running reports which are then analysed for regulatory and operational purposes

The Essentials:

  • Strong knowledge of the Online Gaming industry and its regulations across the EU

  • +3 years' experience working in Project Management, AML, KYC and Safer Gambling

  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, interpersonal and communication skills

  • Advanced Excel and a basic understanding of SQL

  • Knowledge of process improvement methodology and experience in optimising operational workflows and in in building business cases for the introduction of third-party solutions

  • Experience in Client Delivery responsibilities and methodologies.

  • Understanding the Regulatory impact of all implemented work processes.
