SRGEurope are working with one of the biggest names in the Online Gaming industry to recruit a talented Customer Due Diligence / CDD Operations Manager. This position will be based in our clients' fantastic Gibraltar offices where you will be using your experience of working with data sets, across a number of high profile international Gaming brands, to identify growth opportunities and assess the competition.

What you will be doing:

  • Deliver an operationally exceptional experience for customers who fall into the Customer Due Diligence journey.

  • Operational management of a 24 x 7 team of Customer Due Diligence Analysts.

  • Optimising resources to handle workload of inbound & outbound Customer Due Diligence contacts & back-office investigations.

  • Line management of local Customer Due Diligence Team Leaders.

  • Data-driven decision making on how best to deploy the Customer Due Diligence workforce.

  • Drive continuous improvement of customer experience and employee performance though an effective Quality Assurance program.

  • Point of escalation for 1st level complaints relating to Customer Due Diligence.

  • Key decision maker on complex Customer Due Diligence cases.

  • Driving the department to achieve or exceed agreed Service Level Agreements and Key

  • Performance Indicator targets.

  • Work closely and collaboratively with all UK Operational teams to deliver a joined-up, world class experience for customers.

  • Ability to produce suggestions/improvements on how the team can operate more efficiently and assist in the execution of those improvements.

  • Ensure that the Customer Due Diligence team are meeting regulatory &

  • business requirements by operating within the framework set out in Social

  • Responsibility & Anti-Money Laundering policies and procedures.

  • Reporting of activity, drawing out key insights/trends and managing actions following review of daily/monthly performance.
