SRGEurope has been appointed to recruit a CRM Specialist. Our client is looking for the right person to help spearhead their promotional offering to support growth. The CRM Specialist will have established operational experience in iGaming and have used multiple back office systems. The successful candidate will have access to world-class tools, providing everything you need to be a success in the role.

What you will be doing:
Responsible for the creation and management of bonuses and promotional content from the clients back office systems, including assisting in day-to-day operational tasks such as promotional pay-outs.
Work with the wider CRM team to deliver best-in-class promotional campaigns, captivating their audience and ensuring to drive industry leading levels of engagement.
Respond to internal and external queries and be the first point of escalation for the Player Experience team.
Provide regular testing of their products, features, and promotional offerings.
Monitor promotions and ensure on a daily basis that promotions and bonus functionality works as normal.
Support in the delivery of the clients automated lifecycle campaigns, as well as wider promotional activity. Monitor, analyse and continually refine.
Ensure an optimised use of all player facing communication methods, such as emails/SMS's/push notifications and on-site prompts.
Report on the ROI and effectiveness of our client's promotional initiatives and provide regular feedback to wider stakeholders within the Marketing department on how they are performing against benchmarked KPIs.
Work with the BI department to deliver effective and meaningful data insights from promotional campaigns and segmentation analysis.
Above all, be an organised team player, have a strong work ethic and a passion for CRM.
What you will need to succeed:
Have a solid operational understanding of iGaming, including experience in using a variety of back-office systems.
Have experience with CRM software (such as FastTrack, Sales Force, Optimove).
Have knowledge of HTML.
Have excellent organisational skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
Knowledge and understanding of iGaming retention strategies and bonus costs.
A background within an iGaming role (Marketing or Player Experience) is advantageous.
Be a problem solver with a passion for improving processes and adhering to best practice.
