Content Executive

Job in Online Gaming Company in Gibraltar! SRGEurope has been appointed to recruit a Content Executive to join an International Company with offices in Gibraltar. The Content Executive will be required to support CRM communications by setting up and configuring the delivery of both pre-planned and real-time relevant sports content to involved customer groups as the action happens, to drive activity, customer excitement and continued engagement with the sporting day.

Content Executive Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Creation and management of the homepage and sports page carousel areas, using a variety of platforms and tools
• Monitor price changes, the trading strategy and onsite trends to tactically order, position and prioritise the content created throughout the day. To achieve this you will need to upload banners for web use
• Populate and manage the promotion page for the Sportsbook, using copy and creative assets provided by the Brand, VIP, Marketing and Gaming teams to publish concession and product information pages
• Monitor price changes, the trading strategy and onsite trends to tactically order, position and prioritise the content created throughout the day. To achieve this you will need to upload banners for web use
• Flexibility in working to support a seven day working week, between the hours of 8am-11pm (including Bank Holidays). This will include the necessity to support operations out of hours when the sporting schedule dictates and based on business requirements
• Support the SEO strategy by populating and managing copy in key onsite areas
• Track customer activity and implement strategic changes to drive turnover and engagement based on historic and real-time insight.

Content Executive Skills & Experience Required:

• HTML experience preferred
• Extensive sports and betting knowledge essential
• Usage of content management systems, including Google Analytics
• The role will require you to work at those times when our sportsbook is at its busiest, so evening and weekend work will be frequent
