Client Services Executive - Client Management | Competitive Salary, Benefits | Finance | Gibraltar
SRGEurope has been appointed to recruit a Client Services Executive for a privately owned company with its head office based in Gibraltar.
The Client Services Executive position will suit someone with previous experience within this sector ideally as a Paraplanner or working closely with teams of IFAs. You will be looking to take that next step in your career within Financial Services and want that to be within a dynamic team.
Client Services Executive - Trading & Client Management Responsibilities:
- Lead and take responsibility for security trading
- Provide admin support to Directors where required
- Processing Corporate actions
- Research investment products to measure suitability for trading
- Production of portfolio recommendations and additional reports
- Management of small client accounts with a view to building their own client portfolio
- Manage investment of monthly regular payments
- Deal with a range of enquiries from existing clients and intermediaries
- Assist with the conversion of prospects into fee paying clients
- Work collaboratively with colleagues within the client services team
- Contribute and play a role in ongoing Business development
- Ad hoc tasks to support Directors
Client Services Executive - Trading & Client Management Requirements:
- Experience, understanding and knowledge in Financial Services, specifically to pensions and investments
- Worked in a sales environment in a client facing role
- Some knowledge of funds and trading process, this can be taught once in the seat
- Previous experience as a junior IFA, Paraplanner or similar
- Would suit a qualified IFA or near qualified looking to be more back office
- Ideally some experience or knowledge of Bloomberg
- Self-driven, ambitious, energetic & results-oriented
