SRGEurope has been appointed to recruit a Client Relations Supervisor to join a dynamic start-up Cryptocurrency company. The Client Relations Supervisor will help to create and lead a professional Customer Service team ensuring the highest possible customer service is provided at all times.

Client Relations Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

• Support team management and perform management duties when the Manager is absent
• Assist with the creation of customer help pages and procedures/policies
• Supervision and monitoring of the team ensuring that policies and procedures are followed
• Assist in the the recruitment process and training of new team members
• Hold regular team meetings
• Generate and share report results with the team and management
• Provide a high level of customer services, including answering customer queries and covering customer complaints when needed

Client Relations Supervisor Experience and Skills:

• Excellent English communication skills
• Previous people management skills
• A keen interest in the Blockchain industry
• Proactive and willing to take ownership
• Experience interviewing and providing employee training
• Ability to multitask
• Highly motivated with the ability to also motivate team members
