Client Accountant | AAT Qualified, or Part qualified ACCA or Similar | Professional Services Sector | Salary c£30 - 32,000 | Gibraltar
SRGEurope are recruiting for a Client Accountant for a leading professional services company with a base in Gibraltar. The Client Accountant will have the responsibility for providing a high level service to clients and preparing their accounting records with good attention to detail
Client Accountant Responsibilities:
- Monthly preparation of clients' accounts, ensuring all base entries are correct and that the trail balance is accurate
- Preparation of Financial Statements for companies using Viewpoint
- Reconciliation of the Client bank account, production of monthly financial accounts and financial records
- Liaising with clients, bankers and other members of staff as necessary to obtain the relevant information to prepare accounts
- Prepare management reports to senior management
- Assist with audit queries annually
- Ad hoc financial analysis as required
Client Accountant Profile:

AAT qualification or part qualified ACCA or CIMA or the equivalent

Extensive experience of computerised accounting systems including excel

Analytically minded, able to work methodically and accurately with attention to detail

Able to work in a pressurised environment to tight deadlines

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to be rational and 'level-headed' when under pressure

Willingness to develop and acquire new skills

Self-motivation and the desire to succeed
