SRGEurope has been appointed to recruit a Chief Product Officer to join a company in Malta. The Chief Product Officer will be a key member of the company executive team setting the company Global strategy

Chief Product Officer Responsibilities:

• Key member of executive team setting the company strategy
• Responsible for company products & the division's business results
• Lead company product strategy & developing the product's roadmap
• Direct assessment of market competition by comparing company products to competitors'
• Identify product gaps, generate new ideas that will grow market share, seeking validation of product requirements & leading product development.
• Scope & prioritise product management activities based on business & customer impact.
• Use your exceptional management & leadership skills to inspire, motivate & grow teams

Chief Product Officer Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in a Chief Product Officer or similar leadership role in an online company
• 8 + years of experience in internet product management (including writing feature & requirements documents)
• Strong understanding of user interface (UI) & product trends both mobile & web platform
• Business & marketing orientation from a global company
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Candidate must hold EU passport
